A case may contain several levels, and its marker shows the highest supported position. Distance from the centre represents the type of evidence reported. Teacher importance, causal certainty, and independently established outcomes require separate evidence.

Teacher reflections

What participants reported changing.

The anonymous quotations below preserve each participant’s original grammar and wording. They are grouped by the change they describe. Each reflection records a participant account. Independent verification of learner outcomes and causal attribution requires additional evidence.

One idea I now use is the invariant method from Cycle II. It changed the way I approach and teach problems by encouraging me to look for what remains unchanged rather than immediately searching for a formula. For example, when teaching problem solving, I encourage students to identify patterns or properties that stay constant throughout a process, helping them develop deeper logical thinking and explore problems more creatively.

With this academy, we are not merely recipients. We must also be able to grasp, practice, and re-explain what we have learned from the experts. That is what is very important.

Furthermore, this academy calls upon experts in the field to lead the training sessions, such as former IMO medalists who are highly regarded professors today.
